The New Jersey Senate approved bipartisan legislation sponsored by Senator Latham Tiver (R-8) to support the financing of clean water projects in New Jersey.
"New Jersey's Infrastructure Bank provides essential funding for environmental projects that protect our State's waterways and drinking water," said Sen. Tiver. "This bill will not only help create jobs and upgrade critical infrastructure, but also represents a vital investment in our future. By ensuring that clean water continues to flow throughout our communities, we are helping preserve the environment while improving New Jerseyans' quality of life."
The bill, SCR-110, approves the FY25 financial plan for New Jersey's Infrastructure Bank (I-Bank). The I-Bank is responsible for financing various environmental infrastructure projects including stormwater management.
